Announced at CES 2019, Creative’s first truly wireless earbuds, Outlier Air, are now available to purchase! When it was announced at CES it sounded very promising because of the specs promised and even more so, the price.
Creative’s Outlier Air is only SGD$119, which is by far an affordable truly wireless earbuds especially when you compare with its peers.
Just by looking at the above image, you may be appalled by the price tag. It has almost all of the top end features such as Bluetooth 5.0, IPX5 sweatproof rating, dual voice call, and even ability to trigger AI assistant.
What’s impressive about this earbuds is that it has 10 hours of playtime per charge (which is higher than most competition out there), and also it supports aptX and AAC, which means you are able to stream higher quality music than SBC (most competition out there support only SBC).
What this earbuds do not have are fancy features like audio transparency.
And did I mention? The charging case charges with USB-C! One less cable to bring along.
The only thing we can’t tell now, is the sound quality. If it is good (which I expect so) then at only SGD$119, this earbuds will surely be selling like hot cakes.
