LG wearable air purifier mask, LG PuriCare is now available

With masks being a commonplace in today’s world, you might as well wear the best possible mask. LG has unveiled a wearable air purifier mask, called LG PuriCare last year and the mask is now available on Lazada and Shopee for S$229. Alternatively, you can also purchase them from authorised retailers Best Denki and COURTS.

What’s so special

LG PuriCare uses two H13 HEPA filters in the mask, which is similar to the filters found in the company’s residential air purifiers. This helps to prevent up to 99.95% of harmful airborne matter such as viruses, bacteria and common allergens from entering the respiratory system.

The DUAL Fans and a patented Respiratory Sensor allows you to breathe in pure, filtered air in almost any environment. The sensor can detect the cycle and volume of the your breathing and automatically adjusts the fans accordingly, speeding up when you are inhaling and slowing down to reduce resistance when exhaling.

Ergonomic fit and easy to clean

The LG PuriCare is designed to fit snugly on most adult faces, and also to minimize air leakage around the nose and chin. The mask contains a rechargeable 820mAh battery which can deliver up to eight hours of use at low speed and two hours on the highest setting. The LG PuriCare is charged is USB-C. The filters, inner cover, face guard, ear straps and strap extenders are easy to remove or replace. this helps to make the LG PuriCare easy to keep and clean.

Optional UV-C case

Using UV-C LED lights, the optional Puricare Wearable Air purifier case can help to eliminate 99.99% of harmful germs in just 30 minutes. Other than eliminating germs, the case can also remove moisture from internal components caused by the breath and fully charge the mask from just two hours. Using the LG ThinQ app will allow you to receive notifications when filters need replacing. The Puricare Wearable Air purifier case is sold separately for S$199.
