Creative today launched two new updates to their existing products – (1) Stage Air V2 soundbar, and (2) BT-W4 Bluetooth audio transmitter. Both products will retail at S$69.
Stage Air V2 soundbar
The new Stage Air V2 has been completely redesigned compared to its predecessor. Stage Air V2 continues to retain a slim and compact profile, at 410mm long and 94mm wide. Compared to the V1, Creative says you can expect fuller-sounding audio with better bass, even though a subwoofer is not included. This is thanks to its new dual full-range racetrack drivers and an oversized passive radiator.
Stage Air V2 has a wide array of connectivity options – you can conveniently connect a single USB
cable for audio and power, or revert to the trusty 3.5mm port for analog connectivity. It also features the latest Bluetooth 5.3 technology with six hours of playback on a single charge.
Creative Stage Air V2 is priced at S$69 and is available at the Creative online store.
BT-W4 Bluetooth audio transmitter
BT-W4 is a Bluetooth audio transmitter that features the latest aptX Adaptive codec. This helps to monitor connection quality, type of content and optimally adapts the bitrate for the your RF environment efficiently. It also offers high-resolution 24-bit audio streamed at 48kHz, and is equipped with Bluetooth 5.2.
BT-W4 supports easy switching between up to four devices at the push of a button. An analog plug-in microphone is included, which is best used with gaming consoles, so that you keep communication. There is also the Hands-Free Profile mode, which is easily activated when connected to a wireless headset.
BT-W4 also has various personalization features. When connected to the Creative app, you are able to remotely switch between the paired devices or reset the pairing list, and tweak their audio with the Equalizer and Sound Blaster’s Acoustic Engine. BT-W4 is compatible with PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PS5.
Creative BT-W4 is priced at S$69 and is available at the Creative online store.
