After successes with their chairs, APOL is dipping their toes into standing desks with their Levodesk collection. Levodesk is APOL’s take on standing desks and there are two collections to choose from – (1) Izara Wood collection, and (2) Rex Stone collection. Prices will start from either S$748 or S$1,198, with the Rex Stone collection being the more premium priced collection.
What are the sizes
With Levodesk, APOL now offers a full suite of ergonomic furniture for your work from home setup. Depending on the collection you choose, the size of your table top will differ. You can find a useful summary of the size choices below:
- Izara Wood Collection: Length (120 – 160 cm) x Width (60 – 73 cm) x Height (66 -131cm)
- Rex Stone Collection: Length (140 – 160 cm) x Width (70 cm) x Height (66 -131cm)
Table tops
Levodesk offers table tops sizes ranging from 120cm to 160cm, so be it setting up a single or dual monitor setup, you can find one that fits your needs. Speaking of table tops, APOL says they are made from high-end MDF wood, and have a rounded edged finish.
You have three options for the Izara Wood collection – (1) Walnut, (2) Teak, and (3) Chestnut. As for the frame, you can choose from either black or white.
There is currently only one colour option for the Rex Stone collection. Table top from the Rex Stone collection is constructed with high-end sintered stone, with a grey stone finish. APOL says the Rex Stone collection is constructed by using only natural minerals, making it more resistant than marble.
Features
Powering the height adjustment mechanism is dual motors that has an adjustment range of 64 to 129cm, and maximum load limit of 120kg. The smart controller hub is touch controlled, and has power saving mode that deactivates power after 60 seconds of inactivity. You can control the height via manual up/down button or using one of the four presets buttons. Height adjustments move at a rate of 4cm per second and operates at less than 50 decibels.
There is also a cable management system built into the desk frame. All of APOL’s Levodesk come with 3 years warranty, but you can extend it to 5 years simply by sharing a photo of your purchase.
